Hello all, i tried a new effect for creating Petal Boundaries.

1) Take a new layer with 800x600, Resolution - 72 in RGB mode.

2) Fill the layer completely with Black Color. Name the layer 1st.

3) Now go to Filter-Render-Lens Flare. Don't mess with the settings,
use the default settings. Arrange the Lens as shown in Pic 1.

4) Now convert the complete layer from RGB to Greyscale from Image Menu
-Mode-Greyscale(Discard Color Information - Press OK)

5) Go to Filter Menu - Blur - Apply Radial Blur with these
settings(Amount - 100, Blur Method - Zoom, Quality - Best). Now
press Ctrl + F again to apply the same effect.

6) Make a copy of the layer by using Ctrl + J and put it above the 1st
layer, set the Blending Mode to Lighten. Name the layer 2nd.

7) Now go to Filter Menu-Distort-Twirl. Set the Angle to +85 and press
Ok.

8) Copy the 1st layer again using Ctrl + J and put it above the 2nd
layer, set the Blending Mode to Lighten. Name the layer 3.

9) Go to Filter Menu-Distort-Twirl. Set the Angle to -115 and press OK.

10)Now convert from Greyscale mode to RGB mode from Image
Menu-Mode-RGB, Don't merge the layers.

11)Lastly select the each layer and use Hue & Saturation(Ctrl + U) and
play with Hue & Saturation settings for all 3 layers.

12)That's it you get a nice Petals Boundaries Effect.

13)This is my output.
