Photoshop Grouping levels
You can group multiple levels in a folder. Join the levels that you want to put in a unique set, then click the right side arrow in the layer palette. Select 'New group from linked' from the menu.

Step 1)
Open Photoshop and create a new document
Width 120px
Height 50px
Background color #144E56
Step 2)
Create a new layer, layer > new > layer, and zoom
to 400%
Step 3)
Select the rectangular marquee tool (M) and in the centre
of your canvas draw a 75x24 rectangle.
You need to set a fixed size, change the value in the rectangular
marquee tool toolbar.

Step 4)
Without loosing the selection fill it with #FFA900

Step 5)
Add a drop shadow effect with these settings.

Step 6)
To work properly we need to set up our grid to divide our canvas with 1x1
pixel squares.
So go Edit > Preferences > Guides, Grid & Slices
Set Gridlines every 1 pixels
Subdivisions 1
Step 7)
Now as in Step 3 select the rectangular marquee tool and
set width and height to 1px both. Click and CANC one by one your four corners.
You should have something like in image.
