Removing Wrinkles
Here is an example of what we will be doing.

Now, I know what you're thinking... removing wrinkles is hard, thats what people get paid to do. Well, you're wrong. It's actually one of the easiest things to do in Photoshop.

Click here to for the picture I used in this tutorial.

1. Open the image you want to manipulate.
 a. Duplicated the layer with the persons face on it, never work on the original layer.
 b. Select the Healing Brush Tool . Use a relatively small brush size. I used 7 and 9. (This will depend on how large or small your image is).
 c. Zoom in to 200% or so. More or less depending on the size of your image.
 d. Now, you want to find a spot on their face without wrinkles, but close to the wrinkled area. You want the same skin tone, but wrinkle free. Alt + Click the smooth area, then click and drag over a wrinkle as illustrated in the screen shot below.
 Screen Shot
It should now look something like this.
 Screen Shot
 e. Now, simply repeat the previous steps on other portions of the face. The tool will do its best to match the density and color of the part you paint over, but it can only do so much.

2. Under the eye.
 a. Ok, this can get a little tricky. You don't want to over do it, it will look unnatural.
 b. Lets just do the nearby area.
 Screen Shot
It should now look something like this. A little wrinkles under the eye is expected and everyone has it. Removing too much will make them look alien.

3. File > Save...

That's it, I told you it was easy. Just like that, you take 10 years off some ones face.

clone tool takes the exact same thing from the spot you alt clicked, the healing tool doesnt just copy and paste like that, it creates stuff to blend in instead of just copying it straight up

The Healing Brush will try and match the color and light density of the area you paint over. So it blends more evenly and looks more natural.

To smooth skin you will need a lot more time Smiley. I will write a basic smooth skin tutorial for you some time soon.

one way that i have found to be quick and effective at both smoothing skin and correcting acne is.. first just taking a clone stamp tool and just loosing up any rough spots then resize the picture huge and just take a blur tool around the whole thing minus the essential body parts like eyes that really shouldnt be softened up.. heres a quick example
