Photoshop Grouping levels

You can group multiple levels in a folder. Join the levels that you want to put in a unique set, then click the right side arrow in the layer palette. Select 'New group from linked' from the menu.

Button Design with Adobe Photoshop

Step 1) Open Adobe Photoshop and create a new document 400*400 with white background.

Step 2) Select Rounded Rectangle tool and create set radius to 10 px and draw a shape 260*60, then change the color to #F7F7F7

Step 3) CTRL + click on Layer palette the layer already created to select it then go Select > Modify > Contract, set the value to 4px

Step 4) With the Paint Bucket Tool fill the selection with color A80808, now your button should look like this.
