As we said before, what we will be doing first was streching out her eyes. We will be using our best friend in Photoshop, the Liquify Filter. But first, lets get a baby to alienize.
Feel free to use this as practice, but all credict for this photograph goes to the original photographer so do not claim as your own. You can find the original posting of this photo (I am hungry) here and the awesome photographer, bendis. Thanks for the photo, I really appreciate it.

So load up this photo into Photoshop and lets launch the Liquify Filter by going to Filter->Liquify.
In your left panel, apply these settings.

By choosing a brush about the size of the entire eye socket, you give yourself room to work with a faily large size brush. It is not too big to affect the whole canvas, but it is enough to strecth out the eye where you need it to.

Now that you have your brush, you want to start to stretch the eye by the edges. Doing this will ensure that you will not enlarge the eye thus messing up your whole canvas.

Just continue to drag out in a counter clock wise manor ( you can go clockwise if you wish ) continuing to stretch the eye just enough to enlarge the entire socket

Now, after you are satisfied with the finished product of your baby/alien, you may have a result similar to this.
Next, we need to apply some color to the skin of the baby's face to give it that pale outer galactic look
