You have your baby, it has big eyes, what else do you think you need? Well, if you don't know, I'll tell you. It is the skin color! You will definately need some pale disgusting skin color for this baby. Why not photoshop some on?

Let us select the brush tool as shown below and apply the color hex of #dbc4b4

Any pale color in that color specturm should work with changing the skin color

In your brush pallete, apply the following settings:

Brush Size: 50px
Mode: Color
Opacity: 100%
Flow: 100%

Brushing around the cheeks of the baby, this will change the color of the skin to a pale pal color.    Be sure not to make the entire baby pale into the same color making it monochronomical, so leave some areas like the nose and around the edges of the eye left with enough of the natural color to make it seem alittle diverse.
