Click "OK" and your image should be transformed. Feel free to repeat and use different values to get it more "vectored". After repeating the process about once or twice, this is what I came up with:



Now you see, Filters are not entirely useless in Photoshop. They are all useful, but you may not use them at the right moment or for the right task!
